View Tribute and Sign Guestbook Anita C. (Cyr) Barselou., 84, of Bentley Street in Swansea passed away Sunday January 7, 2007 at Charlton memorial Hospital in Fall River. Born in Fall River, MA on February 10, 1922 the daughter of the late Edward and Yvonne (Archambault) Cyr. She worked as a seamstress in the garment industry in Fall River and then at the Catholic Memorial Home for many years retiring in 1984. She enjoyed music, helping others and was an animal enthusiast.
Survivors are three daughters Irene Mello of Swansea, MA Anne Marie Mendes of Fall River, MA Diane Arujo of Boston, MA a son Raymond Michaud of Fall River, MA a sister Pauline Sevigny of Somerset, MA three brothers Armand Cyr of Warren, RI Louis Cyr and Richard Cyr both of Fall River, MA nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Emile, Raymond, Henry, Thomas, and Paul Cyr.
Funeral Information
Her funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11am in the Hebert-Hathaway Funeral Home, 945 S. Main St., Fall River, MA Relatives and friends are invited to attend. CALLING HOURS PRIOR TO SERVICE from 10am to 11am. Burial is Private at the families request.
