View Tribute and Sign Guestbook NEW BEDFORD – Kenneth F. Gillum, 85, of Fairhaven, died unexpectedly Saturday, February 3, 2007, at St. Luke’s Hospital, New Bedford. He was the husband of Audrey M. (Knowles) Gillum. Born in New Bedford, the son of the late William and the late Edith (Johnson) Gillum, he grew up in the city and lived in Fairhaven since 1949. He served in the Coast Guard during WWII.
Mr. Gillum was a maintenance engineer for thirty years at Goodyear Tire and Rubber until his retirement in 1986.
Mr. Gillum is survived by his wife; a son, Dana S. Gillum of South Dartmouth; a daughter, Jan L. St. Germain of New Bedford; a brother, Warren Gillum of Jacksonville, FL; two granddaughters, Elizabeth E. St. Germain of Webster and Andrea J. Gillum of South Dartmouth; and several nieces and nephews.
