Robert R. Rhees

October 15, 1936 - November 30, 2005

Robert R. Rhees, 69, a retired Certified Nursing Assistant at the Brockton VA Hospital died at Brockton Hospital on November 30, 2005, after a lengthy battle with cancer.

He served in the US Navy from 1955 to 1959 as a Corpsman. He was an avid Patriots fan and summered in Maine. He was the son of the late Morgan John Rhees XIII and Helen Rhees Ham and the step son of Leeman Ham of Islesford, ME. He was the father of Sharon DelTufo and her husband Michael, Laura Tibbetts and her husband Mark and Morgan J. Rhees XIV; grandfather of Kayla Tibbetts, Gina, Olivia and Nicholas DelTufo all of Taunton. He was the in love companion for 23 years of Margaret Almeida of Raynham and her children, Alex, Timothy and Jason. He was also the brother of Anne VanNocker of Fort Myers Beach, FL and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Information

Visiting hours to which relatives and friends are invited to attend will be held in the Crapo-Hathaway Funeral Home, 350 Somerset Ave, (Route 138 South ) Taunton on Monday, December 5, 2005 from 4-8PM. Private funeral services will be held in Maine.
