Elaine M. Waterfield

Elaine M.(Thomas) Waterfield, died at her home on January 12, 2006 following a lengthy illness, she was 78 years old. A Berkley resident for the past 49 years. She was a secretary in the guidance office at Bristol-Plymouth High School and for many years and was a resident caregiver for Family Services of Fall River. She was a greatly loved and caring member of the Dighton Congregation of Jehovah's Witness's. She enjoyed spending time at the summer cottage on Loon Pond in Lakeville. She was the daughter of the late Norman and may (Pierce) Thomas.

She is survived by her daughters Meryl Lewis and her husband Donald of Berkley; Eden Jones and her husband Robert of Berkley, Lori Milne and her husband Fire Chief Robert Milne of Berkley; Amy Yachimski and her husband John of Middleboro and her son Thomas Waterfield and his wife Melissa of Norton ; former wife of the late Stuart Waterfield. Sister of Norma Collins of Raynham and the late Wayne Thomas.

Funeral Information

A Memorail gathering sharing Elaine's life experiences and hope for the future will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2006 at 2PM in the Kingdom Hall of the Congregation of Jehovah's Witness's, 535 Williams St., Dighton, MA. Friends and relatives may call upon the family on Monday, January 16, 2006 from 6-8 PM in the Crapo-Hathaway Funeral Home, 350 Somerset Ave. ( Route 138 South ) Taunton.
