Priscilla "Petey" (Coe) Escobar, 64 years old died in Jordan Hospital Plymouth on Jan 7, 2007. Born in Taunton daughter of the late Herbert and Hattie (Britton) Coe.

Educated in Taunton and Raynham schools she formerly worked at the Mansfield Chocolate Factory. She then worked in the Cafeteria's in the Rehoboth and Middleboro School Systems and at Karick Jewelry in Taunton. She loved horse back riding her own horse which was stabled in Rehoboth. She enjoyed playing cards with her friends in the Rehoboth area, gardening and going to Foxwoods.

She is survived by her niece with whom she lived, Melodie Risk and her husband Steven of Middleboro, her godson Justin Risk of Middleboro, her daughter Susan Cruz of CT, eight grandchildren, one great grandchild; here siblings Ruth Moniz of FL; Betty Paull of RI; Jeannette Pittsley, Shirley Almeida, Diane Correia, Constance Correia all of MA and Arthur Coe of RI and sister of the late Edward Britton, Herbert Coe and Janet Bradshaw; also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Information

A time of Remembrance will be held in the Crapo-Hathaway Funeral Home, 350 Somerset Ave. (Route 138 South) Taunton on Saturday January 20, 2007 from 4 to 6PM.
