View Tribute and Sign Guestbook FALL RIVER – Elda (Hilda B.) (Terceiro) Margetta, 90, of Williams Street, Fall River, died on Tuesday, August 14, 2007, at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River.
Born in Fall River, a daughter of the late Mariano & Maria deTrindade (Viera) Terceiro, Mrs. Margetta was a homemaker and a lifelong resident of Fall River.
Mrs. Margetta is survived by her children, Donald J. Margetta of California, Robert J. Margetta of Fall River, Donna Fraser of Fall River, Beverly Medeiros of Westport and Barbara Miranda of New Bedford. She is also survived by two sisters, Laura Medeiros of Westport and Mary Jean Jones of Fall River, eleven grandchildren and three great- grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Carl J. Margetta.
Funeral Information
Her funeral will be held on Friday, August 17, 2007, at 8:30AM from the HATHAWAY HOME FOR FUNERALS, 1813 Robeson St., Fall River, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00AM in Holy Name Church, 709 Hanover St., Fall River. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Calling hours will be held in the funeral home on Friday morning from 8:30–9:30AM, prior to the Mass. Burial will be private at a later date.
