Stanley Mach, 82 years old, died suddenly at his home on April 25, 2006. Born in Taunton to the late Joseph and Zofia (Drewniany) Mach. He was a graduate of Taunton Schools and served in the U S Navy in WW II having been stationed at William College Prep Flight School, Kimball Union Williams academy and the Chapel Hill Pre Flight Schools. While in the Navy he also enjoyed boxing. He was a retired union carpenter proudly having helped in building the Prudential Center, New England Medical Center and Malden Hospital to name a few. He attended Holy Rosary Church. He is survived by a daughter Deborah Tavares and her husband Antonio of Cranston,RI; Stanley Mach, Jr and his wife Rochelle of Attelboro and Jeffrey Mach and Chris Audlee of North Attleboro; his grandchildren Antonio Tavares, Stanley Mach, III, Clinton, Michelle, Jolene and Holly Mach; his sisters Pauline Bzdula and Sabina Strojny both of Taunton. He was also the brother of the late Amelia Golemo, Celia Meunier, Olga King and Matthew Mach. He was the husband of the late Barbara (Harden) Mach and former husband of Rita (Richards) Young of Attleboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews Funeral Information. A Mass of Christian Burial will he held in Holy Rosary Church on Monday, May 1, 2006 at 9:30 AM. Interment will he in the Mass. National Cemetery, Bourne. Visiting hours in the Crapo-Hathaway Funeral Home, 350 Somerset Ave. Taunton on Sunday, April 30, 2006 from 4-8PM. Donations Information
