She was educated in Taunton schools and was a graduate of Taunton High School. She a member of Christ Community Church in East Taunton and formerly attended the Berkley Congregational Church. She was former member of the Berkley Sewing Circle. She is the widow of John Babbitt and mother of Joanne Miller and her husband Arthur of Berkley and William Babbitt of Berkley; sister of Shirley Swett of Bourne and Frederick Lincoln of Brockton; grandmother of Kristen and Andrew Babbitt, Stacy Lague and Jon Hutchinson; great grandmother of Garrett and Allyson Lague and aunt of several.
Funeral Information
Private family services will be held in the Crapo-Hathaway Funeral Home on Friday. A Graveside service will be held at a later date in Fox Cemetery, Berkley.
