R. Albert "Ralph" L'Heureux

R. Albert "Ralph" L'Heureux, 77, of Fairhaven, died Friday, July 28, 2006 in the Southeastern Massachusetts Health and Rehab Center, New Bedford. He was the husband of Rachel B. (LeBlanc) L'Heureux.
Born in New Bedford, the son of the late Raoul G. and the late Elizabeth (Judd) L'Heureux, he lived in Wareham and Fairhaven.
Mr. L'Heureux was employed as a food service supervisor for Mars Bargain Land and various nursing homes. He enjoyed singing and making tapes for nursing homes and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife; daughters, Rachel L'Heureux of Wareham and Robbin Gregory and her husband Chuck of New Bedford; five grandchildren, Cory, Chucky and Nicole, Gregory and Lisa and Joshua Pimental and girlfriend Kristen Souza; two great grandchildren, Alexis and Mackenzie Pimental; son in law, David Desroches; four brothers, Leo, Robert, Norman and Raymond L'Heureux; three sisters, Lorraine Leonard, Rita Allemao and Simone Ferreira; and many nieces nephews and cousins. Mr. L'Heureux was the father of the late Rose Desroches and Rita L'Heureux and brother of the late Emile L'Heureux.

Funeral Information

A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, August 10, 2006 at 6:30 PM in the First Church of the Nazarene, 764 Hathaway Rd., New Bedford. Interment will be Friday, August 11, 2006 at 9:30 AM in River-Side Cemetery, Fairhaven. Arrangements are by the Donaghy Funeral Home, 465 County Street, New Bedford.
