Margaret E. (Taylor) Manville., 86, of Robert Gray Avenue in Tiverton, passed away Monday, September 19, 2005 at the Kimwell Nursing Center in Fall River, she was the wife of the late Wilfred T. Manville. Born in Fall River, MA on December 14, 1918 the daughter of the late William and Margaret (Day) Taylor

She worked as an inspector for the former Sterling Pile fabric company in Fall River and then as a switchboard operator for the former RA McWhirr company in Fall River. She was a communicant of Saints Peter & Paul Parish at Holy Cross Church in Fall River for many years, also was involved with the Tiverton Senior Citizens for several years.

Survivors are a son William L. Manville of Fall River, MA three sisters Beryl Rochon of Warwick, RI Irene Francoeur of Fall River, MA Marion Huff of Fontana, California two grandchildren and three great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Thomas P. Manville and sister of the late Joseph and Edward Taylor.

Funeral Information

Her funeral will be held on Friday, September 23, 2005 at 8am from the Hathaway Home for Funerals, 1813 Robeson St., Fall River, MA followed by a mass of Christian burial at 9am in Saints Peter & Paul Parish at Holy Cross Church 69 Pulaski Street., Fall River. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Burial to follow in Saint Patrick Cemetery Fall River. Calling hours with video photo album are Thursday, September 22, 2005 from 6-9pm.
