Theresa M. Kenyon age 74  of Flat Street, Cumberland  died Tuesday, July 5, 2005 at home. She was the former wife of Harvey Kenyon of Pawcatuck, CT. She was  born in Millville, MA on July 15, 1930 a daughter of the late  Daniel and Katherine (Larson) Mahoney.

She was  a Medical Technician at Hospice St. Antoine in North Smithfield for many years before retiring in 1993. She had lived in Cumberland for the past  12 years previously living in Woonsocket for many years where she was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church. She was a Member of the  Auxiliary of  the Franco American War Veterans Post 15 of Woonsocket and a past National President of the Auxiliary of the Franco American War Veterans. She was the current President of the Riverside Apartments Tenants Association. She was an Avid Bingo player and a member of BVCAP as well as a member and very active in many other civic groups and societies in Cumberland, Lincoln and Woonsocket.

Besides her former husband she leaves five sons Robert Bachand in NH, Harvey Bachand in CA, Edward Kenyon of East Providence and Russell A. Kenyon  of  Woonsocket and John Kenyon in CA. Three daughters  Ann  McMillian in RI, Katherine Newiger in CA. and  Cheryl  Daignault of North Smithfield, RI. Two sisters Ann Sommers in  MA and  Catherine Metcalf in AZ. Fourteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was  the mother of the late  Diane Kenyon and the sister of the late Daniel Mahoney and Eleanor Bradley.

Funeral Information

A Funeral gathering of friends and relatives  will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2005 from 5 to 9 PM in THE  MENARD  FUNERAL HOME,  127 Carrington Avenue, Woonsocket. Burial will be Private.
