Eleanor M. Shannon

Eleanor M. (Nuttall) Shannon., 88, formally of Grandview Ave., in Somerset passed away Saturday June 25, 2005 at the Clfton Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitative care center in Somerset, she was the wife of the late Harold Shannon. Born in Fall River, MA on August 4, 1916 the daughter of the late James and Margaret(Eaer) Nuttall, she was a lab technician for American Thread for twenty years and a payroll clerk for Shelburne Shirt in Fall River twenty five years, and retired in 1979.

She was a member of Church of Our Saviour in Somerset a member of the four seasons club and church choir.

Survivors are two nieces and two sisters in law Barbara A. Lopriore of Somerset, MA Edythe L. Shannon of Somerset, MA. She was the sister of the late Mildred Castonguay and Ernest Nuttall

Funeral Information

Her funeral mass with a requiem Eucharist will be held on Wednesday, June 29, 2005 at 11am in the Church of Our Saviour, 2112 County St., Somerset. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Burial is Private Flowers are Omitted. All arrangements are with the Hathaway Community Home for Funerals, 900 Buffinton St., Somerset, MA.
