Albertina Taylor

Albertina Taylor 78, of Highland Ave., in Fall River passed on Sunday April 17, 2005 at the Catholic Memorial Home in Fall River she was the former wife of the late Maurice Taylor.

Mrs. Taylor was born in Fall River, MA on January 3, 1927 the daughter of the late Manuel and Maria (Medeiros) Vieira she spent her life raising her family and was a member of a dance club, which met at the Liberal Club in Fall River for many years.

She is survived by four daughters: Carol A. Taylor and Linda S. Balland both of Fall River, MA Joyce L. Lynn of Raynham, MA, Sandra L. Reis of New Bedford, MA, and two sons Michael J. Taylor and Robert A. Taylor both of Fall River, MA, a brother Manuel Vieira of Somerset, MA ten grandchildren, four great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Alzira Coleman and Antone Medeiros.

Funeral Information

Mrs. Taylor's funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 21, 2005 at 8:30am from the Hathaway Home for Funerals, 1813 Robeson St., Fall River, MA (508-673-0781) followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 9:30am in the Chapel of Saint Margaret Mary at the Catholic Memorial Home 2446 Highland Ave., Fall River. Relatives and friends are invited to attend, burial is Private. Calling hours with a video photo album are Wednesday, April 20, 2005 from 4-7pm.
