View Tribute and Sign Guestbook Phyllis L. Parmenter, 86, of North Main St. Attleboro, died Monday, April 11, 2005 at home. Born on June 5,1918 in Attleboro, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Ethel (Seeton) Parmenter. She was a lifelong resident of Attleboro.
She was a 1936 graduate of Attleboro High School and was a graduate of Lesley College in Boston. She worked as a staff accountant at the former Sisalkraft Company in Attleboro.
Ms. Paramenter owned and operated the former Mother Goose Nursery School in Attleboro and was also employed by Texas Instruments. She was a lifelong member of the Second Congregational Church and taught Sunday school for many years. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, the Pilgrim John Howland Society, and the Pioneering Parmenters.
She is survived by two nephews, Dexter Nerney, of Attleboro, and Nicholas Nerney, of Greenville, RI., and several grand-nephews, grand-nieces, and great-grand-nephews and a great-grand niece. She was the sister of the late Edith M. Parmenter and the late Ruth S. Nerney.

A private committal service will be held at a later date. Calling hours are respectfully omitted.
