Themistokli C. "Min" Joseph, 86 of Fairhaven died Thursday, March 31, 2005 in St. Luke’s Hospital, New Bedford after a brief illness.
Born in New Bedford, the son of the late Christo and the late Dora (Athanis) Joseph, he graduated from New Bedford high School and lived in the city until 1954 when he moved to Fairhaven.

Mr. Joseph served in the Merchant Marines during WWII and later worked in the construction business. He was an avid and expert fly fisherman and fly tier. He was a supporter of trout fisheries and Ducks unlimited.

He is survived by two sisters, Flora Tapper of Fairhaven and Sophie Izyk of New Bedford; two nieces, Christine Gaspar of Mattapoisett and Mary Ann Tapper of Long Island, NY; and two nephews, Charles Tapper and Christopher " Cric" Tapper both of Fairhaven.

Private arrangements are by the Fairhaven Funeral Home, 117 Main Street, Fairhaven.
