Henry J. Thibault

April 05, 1929 - March 22, 2005

Henry J. Thibault., 75, of Nichols Street in Fall River passed away at his residence on Tuesday March 22, 2005. He was the husband of Joan (Farias) Thibault and the former husband of the late Maria (Taylor) Thibault.

Mr. Thibault was born in New Bedford, MA on April 5, 1929 the son of the late Victor and Rose (Despres) Thibault.  He served his country during the Korean War with the United States Army and then returned home and worked as the head mechanic at Tasca Ford in Seekonk, MA until he retired in 1997.  Mr. Thibault attended services at the Salvation Army in Fall River for many years and was very involved and well known  with antiques and Flea markets throughout the area.

Survivors beside his wife Joan, are two daughters Gail L. Costa and Wendy L. Rosati both of Fall River, MA a son Henry J. Thibault of Piscataway, New Jersey a sister Evelyn Boissonneault of Butler, New Jersey three grandchildren Gregory, Sarah, and Hannah, and a great grand daughter Mariah, he is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Loretta Goguen

Funeral Information

Mr. Thibault's funeral service will be held on Friday, March 25, 2005, at 9am in the Hathaway Home for Funerals, 1813 Robeson St., Fall River. Relatives and friends are invited to attend, burial to follow with Military Honors in Oak Grove Cemetery Fall River. Calling hours with a video photo album are Thursday, March 24, 2005 from 4-7pm
