Edward H. Noel

January 22, 1943 - October 18, 2005

Edward H. Noel  age  62 of  Woodland Road, North Smithfield died Tuesday, October 18, 2005 in the Landmark Medical Center in Woonsocket. He had lived in North Smithfield for the past year  and was previously a life long resident of Woonsocket  where he was  born on January 22,1943, a son of the late Edward and Louise (Godfrin) Noel. He was the former husband of Valerie J. (Marchand) Noel of  Woonsocket.

He had been a Draftsman for the Foxboro Company in Foxboro, MA for several years before retiring. Mr. Noel was a former member of the RI National Guard and a communicant of St. Joseph’s  Church in Woonsocket.

He leaves one son  Edward G. Noel of Attleboro, MA and two daughters Melissa Masi of North Smithfield, RI and Jeniffer Costa of Tiverton, RI. One brother  Andrew Noel of Gambrills, MD. Seven grandchildren Edward X., Benjamin P., and Jacob O. Noel, Nathan and Megan Masi and Andrew and Matthew Costa and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Information

His Funeral will be held on Friday, October 21, 2005 at 9:30 AM from THE MENARD  FUNERAL  HOME,  127  Carrington Avenue, Woonsocket. A Mass of Christian Burial will  follow at  10:30 AM in St. Joseph, Church, 1200 Mendon Road, Woonsocket. Burial will follow in the family Lot in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Blackstone, MA. Calling hours are Thursday, October 20, 2005 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
