NORTH DIGHTON – David M. Tiffany, 34, died unexpectedly at his home Wednesday, March 26, 2008. Born in Mason City, Iowa, the son of Alice (August) Tiffany of Dighton and the late David L. Tiffany, he was the husband of Kimberly (Pearson) Tiffany of Weymouth. Mr. Tiffany was educated in the Dighton Public Schools and graduated with the Class of 1991 at Dighton-Rehoboth Regional High School. He served for three years in the United States Marine Corps during the first Gulf War and spent the next three years in the USMC Reserves serving as a Sgt. E-6. He then formed his own company, D and D Construction in Dighton for several years, then worked for the Sandcastle Construction and T and T Construction Companies. For the past eighteen months Mr. Tiffany had been the Northeast Field Technician for Four Seasons Sun Rooms. He was an avid scuba diver and enjoyed fishing. In addition to his mother and his wife, Mr. Tiffany leaves a son, Dylan Michael Tiffany of Taunton; and a daughter, Kaydence Joy Tiffany of Weymouth. He was the brother of Gloria Chace and her husband Randy of North Dighton and Deborah Rendon and her husband Robert of Dighton; the grandson of Wilbur and Eva Tiffany of Independence, Iowa; the uncle of Jennifer Chace, Richard Chace, Thomas Rendon and Kyle Rendon; the son-in-law of Barbara Shaughnessy of Weymouth and Ross Pearson of Walpole; and the nephew and cousin of several. Funeral InformationHis funeral service, to which relatives and friends are invited to attend, will be held in the Dighton Community Church, Elm Street, Dighton, Tuesday, April 1, 2008, at 11:00AM. Interment will follow in the Dighton Unitarian Church Cemetery.
