Richard J. Korzeniewski

Richard J Korzeniewski, 61, died suddenly on April 30, 2006 in Morton Hospital. Born in Bronx, NYC, son of Walter and Cecila (Forand) Michalenka. He was educated in Rhode Island Schools and was employed as an machine assembler at Marshall and Williams in Providence,RI. He formerly worked at GM Industries in Seekonk, MA. He was very active with the Boy Scouts in Troop 40 at St Joseph's Church in Taunton and Troop 7 at St Thomas Church in Taunton. He enjoyed bowling.

He is survived by his wife Sandra “Sandy” (Sandrowski) Korzeniewski and his sons Shane Korzeniewski and his wife Jennifer of East Taunton, and Todd Korzeniewski and his wife Lori of New Bedford; his grandchildren Brittany, Khristopher and Andrew; his sister Theresa Russo of Tiverton, RI.

Funeral Information

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service in the Chapel of Swan Point Cemetery, Blackstone Blvd. Providence on Thursday at 10AM. Visiting hours on Wednesday from 5-8PM in the Crapo-Hathaway Funeral Home, 350 Somerset Ave. Taunton, MA. (Route 138 South) Taunton.
