Gertrud A. (Heuser) Vander Brink, 65 years old, died on September 20, 2006, in the Tufts New England Medical Center, Boston following a brief illness. She was the deovted wife of William A. Vander Brink, Chief Master Sgt, USAF, (ret),of Taunton. She was born in Koblenz, Germany, daughter of the late Karl and Johanna ( Hendle) Heuser. She has been a resident of the United States since 1964 and a resident of Taunton for the past 7 years. She and her husband and children were stationed around the world while he served in the Air Force.

Besides her husband she is survived by her sons, Willaim A Vander Brink ans his wife Pamela of Rapid City, SD, Kenneth B Vander Brink and his wife Renee of Bridgewater and a daughter Heidi M. Vander Brink of Taunton; three grandchildren Devante, Cain and Blake Vander Brink and her sisters Johanna Gathright of Taunton, and Alfreda Fisher, Anna Puschmann and Edith Heuser all of Germany.

Funeral Information

Funeral Service and Interment will be private.
