Donald Hayston

Donald Hayston, 73, passed away on Friday, December 23, 2005 in Brockton Hospital after a short illness. Born in Taunton, son of the late Frederick and Josephine ( Boucher) Hayston.

Educated in Taunton Schools he was employed for over 30 years as a truck driver for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts at the former Paul A. Dever State School in Taunton. He enjoyed sports and deep sea fishing.

He was the husband of Dee (Patriquin) Hayston and former husband of the late Mary (Carney) Hayston; father of Margaret VanCott of Raynham, Donna Hutchins and Mary “Cathy”Roy, James Hayston, Donald Hayston and Robert Hayston all of Taunton and the late Brian and Richard Hayston. Brother of Marie Sullivan of Taunton, Anna Hopkins of Waltham and Helen Harris of FL, Robert Hayston of Taunton and the late Charles, Arthur, and Frederick Hayston; grandfather of 15 and great grandfather of 2 and uncle of several.

Funeral Information

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, December 28, 2005 at the conclusion of Visiting Hours which are from 7-9pm in the Crapo-Hathaway Funeral Home, 350 Somerset Ave., (Route 138 South) Taunton,MA Interment private at the convenience of the family.
