Rosemary (Lima ) Velazquez, 84 , of Maple terrace Attleboro ,died Friday at RI Hospital Providence RI. She was the wife of the late Jacinto Velazquez , and also the late Edward Perkoski. She was born December 11 , 1922 in Attleboro MA. a daughter of the late Antonio & Beatrice ( Costa) Lima.

She had been an Inspector for many years at the Balfour Company before retiring. A lifelong Attleboro resident she is a parishioner of Holy Ghost Church.

She is survived by a son Manuel Velazquez of Attleboro, a daughter Dorothy Burns of Attleboro, 2 brothers Antonio Lima of South Attleboro, Joseph Lima of Attleboro, a sister Florence Johnson of Florida. Grandmother of Kevin Burns, Stephen Burns, Shaun Burns, Cassandra Dunbar, great grandmother of Kayla Burns, Darin Burns, Christopher Burns, Nicholas Burns , Kyle Burns. She was the sister of the late Manuel Lima.

Funeral Information

Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 9:00am from the FOLEY - HATHAWAY FUNERAL HOME, 126 S. MAIN ST., ATTLEBORO, MA, with a mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am in Holy Ghost Church, 71 Linden St Attleboro, burial will follow in Stevens Corner Cemetery, Rehoboth. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Calling hours Monday from 5 - 8 pm .
