View Tribute and Sign Guestbook FALL RIVER – Corinne M. (Dupere) Gaydou, 87, formerly of the north end of Fall River, also formerly of Tiverton, RI, passed away Sunday, February 24, 2008, at the Oaks Nursing Care Center in New Bedford. Born in Fall River, the daughter of the late Hermenegilde and Marie Anne (Bedard) Dupere, she was the wife of the late Norman A. Gaydou.
Mrs. Gaydou spent her life raising her family. She was a communicant of Saint Joseph Church in Fall River and enjoyed traveling.
She leaves a daughter, Muriel Ulm and her husband Russell of Berkley, MA; a son, Raymond Gaydou and his wife Renee of Dartmouth, MA; four grandchildren, Marc, Paul, Rochelle, and Rebecca; and two great-grandchildren, Ashley and Ethan. Mrs. Gaydou is also survived by a sister-in-law, Pat Gaydou of Somerset; and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Doris Levesque.
Funeral Information
Her funeral service will be held Thursday, February 28, 2008, at 9:00AM from THE HATHAWAY HOME for FUNERALS, 1813 Robeson St., Fall River, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00AM in Saint Joseph Church, 1335 North Main St., Fall River. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Burial will follow the funeral Mass in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River. CALLING HOURS with VIDEO PHOTO ALBUM will be held Wednesday from 5:00-8:00PM in the funeral home.
