View Tribute and Sign Guestbook FAIRHAVEN – Lauretta I. (Sylvia) Andrade, 92, formerly of Christian St., Fairhaven, died Tuesday, February 16, 2010, in Our Lady’s Haven Nursing Center in Fairhaven. She was wife of the late Joseph Andrade. Born in Fairhaven and a lifelong resident, she was the daughter of the late William Sylvia and the late Dora (Roy) Sylvia. She was a communicant of St. Joseph’s Church in Fairhaven and had worked more than twenty years as a folder for the former New Bedford Manufacturing.
She is survived by a son, Thomas M. Andrade and his wife Susan of Plymouth; a daughter, Virginia M. Mayer of Fairhaven; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Visiting hours will be held Thursday, February 18, 2010, from 4:00-7:00PM in THE FAIRHAVEN FUNERAL HOME, 117 Main Street, Fairhaven, Massachusetts. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
