Henry A. "Hank" Nuttall

FALL RIVER – Henry A. "Hank" Nuttall, 81, of Fall River, died Sunday, April 18, 2010, at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River. Born in Fall River, a son of the late Alfred & Mary ( Gauthier) Nuttall, Sr., he was the husband of the late Claire P. (Gregoire) Nuttall.

A U. S. Army veteran, Mr. Nuttall was employed as a painter for more than thirty years at the Raytheon Co. in Waltham, before retiring in 1987. Mr. Nuttall was lifelong Fall River resident, and a parishioner of Immaculate Conception Church, as well as a member of the Montaup Country Club.

He is survived by a son, David Nuttall of Fall River; a daughter, June Soares of Swansea, MA; a brother, Walter Nuttall of Tiverton, RI; and a sister, Mildred Bouchard, also of Tiverton. Hank was the grandfather of Ashley Nuttall, as he is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Alfred Nuttall, Jr., Rose Nuttall, and the late Theresa Silvia.

Funeral Information

His funeral will be held Thursday, April 22, 2010. at 9:00am from THE HATHAWAY HOME FOR FUNERALS, 1813 Robeson St., Fall River, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am in Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Church, 15 Thomas St., Fall River, with burial to follow in St. Patrick’s Cemetery in Fall River.
