TAUNTON – Bridget Amora, 90, died on Sunday, December 16, 2007, in the Golden Living Center Wedgemere, Taunton. Born in Taunton, a daughter of the late Joseph and Josephine (Pygra) Chumura, she was educated in the Taunton Public Schools and was a communicant of Holy Rosary Church.

Ms. Amora was employed by GE Haskon in Taunton as a finisher for more than thirty years.

She is survived by a brother, Stanley Amora and his wife Celia; two sisters, Edna Kulpa and Joan Ducharme and her husband Wilfred. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and grand-nieces and grand-nephews. She was the sister of the late Mary Bzdula, Celia Cichon, Helen Guliy and John Amora.

Funeral Information

Relatives and friends are invited to visit the family on Thursday, December 20, 2007, from 8:00 to 9:00AM in THE CRAPO-HATHAWAY FUNERAL HOME, 350 Somerset Ave. (Route 138 South), Taunton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Holy Rosary Church, Bay St., Taunton, at 9:30AM. Interment will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
