James E. Edington Sr.

View Tribute and Sign Guestbook James E. Edington Sr., 62, of Washington Street in Somerset passed away Sunday, April 16, 2006 at his residence. He was the husband of Mary L. (Townsend) Edington. Born in Waterloo, New York on October 18, 1943, the son of the late Earl and Ina May Edington.
He served his country during the Korean Conflict and in the VietNam War with the United States Army, he then worked as a laborer for Riccadelli & Sons Construction for several years he enjoyed spending time with his family also hunting and fishing.
Survivors beside his wife are two daughters Sheila A. White of Dighton, MA and Betsy I. Edington of Somerset, MA two sons James E. Edington Jr. of South Carolina and Robert L. Edington of Fall River, MA two sisters Ruth and Marge Connolly of New York. Eight grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Information
His funeral will be held on Thursday, April 20, 2006 at 1pm in the Hathaway Community Home for Funerals, 900 Buffinton St., Somerset, MA Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Burial is Private at the families request. Calling hours with video photo album are Thursday morning from 11am to 1pm.
