Loretta J. (Wacker) Hawes

MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE – Loretta J. (Wacker) Hawes, 96, of Memphis, TN, formerly of Acushnet, died on Sunday, October 28, 2007, at the Methodist North Hospital in Memphis, TN. Born in Winside, Nebraska, the daughter of the late Henry and the late Emma (Brune) Wacker, she was the wife of the late Ellsworth S. Hawes.

Mrs. Hawes was a bookkeeper for the Southern Theater Service Co.

She is survived by a daughter, Cynthia J. Hawes of Memphis, TN, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Information

Her funeral service will be held on Friday, November 2, 2007, at 11:00AM in THE DONAGHY FUNERAL HOME, 465 County Street, New Bedford, followed by interment in White Cemetery in Freetown. Visitation will be on Friday from 10:00AM until the time of the service.
