View Tribute and Sign Guestbook TAUNTON – Charlene R. (Pratt) Pelletier, 71, died at her home on Monday, December 24, 2007, following a period of failing health. Born in Taunton, the daughter of the late Ralph and Christine (Brady) Pratt, she was the wife of Joseph L. Pelletier, to whom she was married for more than fifty-one years.
Educated in the Taunton Public Schools, she was a graduate of Taunton High School. For more than twenty years she was an office clerk at the K Mart store in Raynham. She enjoyed her family, knitting and crocheting.
Besides her husband, she leaves her children, Robin Teixeira and Barry Pelletier, both of Taunton, and was the mother of the late James Pelletier. She was the grandmother of Shane Teixeira of Taunton; and the sister of Carlton Pratt and his wife Marilyn of West Bridgewater, James Maxwell and his wife Elizabeth of Raynham, and the late Ralph Pratt, late of Cumberland, RI. She also leaves several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Information
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, December 27, 2007, in the CRAPO-HATHAWAY FUNERAL HOME, 350 Somerset Ave. (Route 138 South), in Taunton from 5:00 to 8:00PM. A funeral service will be held at a later date.
