View Tribute and Sign Guestbook SOMERSET – Pauline (Michaud) Parker, 85, of Somerset, died Monday, December 1, 2008, at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River. Born in Fall River, the daughter of the late Charles and Bertha McCarty, she was the wife of the late Edward J. Parker.
A graduate with the Class of 1940 of BMC Durfee High School, Mrs. Parker devoted her life to raising her family. She was an avid bowler and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by a son, Alfred E. Parker of Somerset; three grandchildren, Heather, Courtney, and Donnie; and three great-grandchildren, Michaela, Holly, and Parker. She was the mother of the late Pamela McMullen and Richard C. Parker and the sister of the late Phillip Rioux.
Funeral Information
Her funeral will be held Saturday, December 6, 2008, at 8:00AM from THE HATHAWAY COMMUNITY HOME for FUNERALS, 900 Buffinton St., Somerset, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00AM in Saint Thomas More Church, 386 Luther Ave., Somerset. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River. Calling hours will be held Friday, December 5, from 4:00-7:00PM in the funeral home.
