Richard H LaPierre Sr 80, formerly of Attleboro, died Sunday, April 30 2006, at the Nesbits Nursing Home in Sequin, Texas. He was born June 10, 1925 in Attleboro, a son of the late Theodore H & Doris (Fornier) LaPierre.

He was a Police Officer for the city of Attleboro for many years before he retired in 1980. He was a lifelong Attleboro resident.

He is survived by a son Richard LaPierre and his wife Monty of San Antonio Texas, a daughter Sheila Pinsonnault and her husband Paul of North Attleboro, and 3 grandchildren, and 3 great grandsons.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, May 4, 2006 at 12:00 noon at the Stevens Corner Cemetery Route 118 Rehoboth MA ,burial will follow , arrangements by the Foley-Hathaway Funeral Home, 126 South Main Street, Attleboro, Massachusetts. Calling hours and flowers are omitted.
