Vivian M. (Drouin) Keyes

FALL RIVER – Vivian M. (Drouin) Keyes, 74, of Fall River, formerly of Swansea, passed away Monday, March 10, 2008, at the Kimwell Nursing Care Center in Fall River. Born in Pawtucket, RI, the daughter of the late Oliver J. and Flora (Coulumbe) Drouin, she was the wife of the late Roger W. Keyes, Sr.

Mrs. Keyes worked at the former Viv’s Ceramics, Data Packing, and in the mailroom at the former Globe Manufacturing Company. She enjoyed making crafts and spending time with family and friends.

Mrs. Keyes leaves two daughters, Iris Keyes of Swansea and Terri Keyes of Fall River; two sons, Roger W. Keyes of Somerset and Brian D. Keyes of Swansea; a sister, Cecile LaForest of Woonsocket, RI; a brother, Norman F. Drouin of Almagordo, New Mexico; and six grandchildren, Vanessa, Matthew, Eric, Brian, and Skyla. She was the mother of the late Alan E. Keyes, the sister of the late Kevin Drouin, and the grandmother of the late Alexandra Keyes.

Funeral Information

Her funeral will be held Friday, March 14, 2008, at 9:00AM from the HATHAWAY COMMUNITY HOME for FUNERALS, 900 Buffinton St., Somerset, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00AM in Saint Francis of Assisi Parish, 530 Gardners Neck Rd., Swansea.
