Ann "Mamie" Wheeler

View Tribute and Sign Guestbook Ann "Mamie" Wheeler, died in Longmeadow of Taunton Nursing Home on March 22, 2006. Born in North Dighton, daughter of the late Frank and Ann (Waldron) Goldrick. She was educated in Taunton Schools and for over 30 years she was employed as an L P N at the former Paul A Dever State School in Taunton. Following her retirement she traveled to Boston and New York City to be involved in various Television Shows as a actress and she also appeared in various commercials for TV. She greatly enjoyed going to Red Sox games with her family and was interviewed on TV along with her son, granddaughter and great grandson as being 4 generations to be at a Red Sox game. Her great joy in the last 10 years was being with her great grandson.
She was the widow of Raymond C. Wheeler and mother of Raymond F. Wheeler of Taunton and the late Jeffrey M. Wheeler.She was the grandmother of Kimberley Leonard and her husband Robert of Taunton and Raymond J.”Chip” Wheeler of Port St Lucie, FL and great grandmother of Jarett G. Leonard of Taunton. She was the sister of Emma Boynton, Katherine Richard, Joseph,William and Francis Goldrick. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

At Mrs. Wheeler's request funeral services and interment will be private.
