Carol A. (Grela) O'Connell

TAUNTON – Carol Ann (Grela) O'Connell, 64, died Tuesday, August 12, 2008. Born in Dighton to the late Walter and Lauretta (Ducharme) Grela, with grace and courage, she fought a recent cancer diagnosis.

For the past ten years she worked at Diamond Mortgage Services in Taunton as an administrative assistant.

She is survived by her adoring daughter, Sheri St. Germain, and her son, Paul St. Germain. She is also survived by her loving sister, Sandra Grela; caring niece, Linda Andrade; and her three grandchildren, Joshua, Leah and Annie St. Germain, along with many other family members and friends.

Funeral Information

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, August 23, 2008, at 10:00AM in St. Paul’s Church, Route 140 North, Taunton. Visiting hours will be omitted. In lieu of flowers, please bring a story or a photo to a celebration of Carol’s life which will be held immediately following the Mass.
