Cecile S. Allard

Cecile S. (Salvas) Allard, age 88, of Pleasant Street, Attleboro died Tuesday at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro. She was the wife of the late Henry A. Allard. She was born in Attleboro on August 22, 1918, a daughter of the late Gene and Exliea (Paul) Salvas. She was a devoted homemaker and a lifelong resident of Attleboro and a communicant of St. Joseph's Church in Attleboro.

She leaves four daughters Diane P. Rose of East Providence, RI, Colleen Peach of Berwick, Maine, Tresa Ball of Thornton, CO and Tina Allard of Norton,MA. One brother Gerald Salvas of Attleboro and two sisters Bernadette Unick of Port St. Lucie, FL. and Germaine Bessette of North Smithfield, RI. Seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased in death by her fourteen sibilings.

Funeral Information

Her funeral will be held on Friday October 20, 2006 at 9 AM from the FOLEY - HATHAWAY FUNERAL HOME,126 South Main St. (Route 152) in Attleboro followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. Joseph's Church, 208 South Main St. Attleboro. Burial will follow in the family lot in St. Stephen's Cemetery, South Main St. Attleboro. Relatives and friends are invited to attend and may visit from 9 to 10 AM before Mass.
